Of the four colorblind racism frames discussed, I feel that I find the “minimization of racism” frame to be used most commonly exist and used as a justification for most prejudiced behavior (Bonilla-Silva, 2003, p. 69). I have seen people object to racially motivated actions and abuse, protest actively, both in person and on social media, over racially induced violent offenses. Yet, when someone lands a job being from a minority community or gets selected for a project or gets any privilege, many whites feel that they have not earned it and it is rather a result of their race.
